- Lisa Explains - When I first started working with HTML/CSS I learned it all from this site. It's supposedly for kids but explains everything simply enough for those who are new to it. Though for the record I was kid when I started using HTML. ;)
- Pixlr is a free online photo editing program. No downloading or paying for anything. It's a miracle. Granted, it's probably (most-likely, assuredly) not as great as Photoshop, but for those of us w/o an extra $700 dollars to spend, its pretty splendid. I save everything as .PNG though, otherwise you might see less-than-perfect graphics.
Boredom
- Famous Objects From Classic Movies - Guess the move from the object. Very addicting pop culture game.
- Vilanoise - Indie pop, electronic music videos. Basically the adult version of the "Super Music Friends Show".
- Free Rice - Play trivia, grow your mind and feed children. That's a win-win in my book.
